100% HAPPY RETURNS POLICY
POLO wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or would like to exchange for a different size, colour or item, please let us know so we can take care of you. Please note that shipping costs on returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
Contact us on (02) 9673 4200 or returns@polo.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be provided instructions on returning the item/s, along with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) which you will need to return the item. Please note that items will not be accepted without a RAN.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply for all exchanges:

1. POLO is contacted within 7 days of delivery.
2. The item is returned with all tags and packaging intact.
3. The item is unused and in brand-new condition.
4. The item is received within 14 days from the issue of your RAN. Returns received after this time will not be accepted.
5. Proof of purchase receipt is sent back with the item/s.
6. There are NO returns or exchange on sale items.

DAMAGED GOODS
POLO prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. In the rare occurrence that the item/s you have bought is/are delivered damaged/faulty or if you receive the wrong item/size, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@polo.com.au or (02) 9673 4200. We will organise an exchange or full refund as quickly as possible.
